Our team is not expected to work the overtime hours traditionally required in the public accounting industry and we don’t require or expect our team to work weekend hours during “busy season”.
Outside of the traditional public accounting “busy season” our team has every other Friday off.
We arrange for the office to be closed the week between Christmas and New Years to provide our team time to refresh and spend time with family.
You’ll start at two weeks paid vacation per year and earn three weeks per year after 5 years.
5 sick days per year will be paid.
We’ll match up to 4% of what you contribute to our 401(k) plan.
We work three days in the office and 2 remote.
We’re a team and we’ll help each other be successful. No rugged individualists. We aren’t co-dependent, and we’re not completely independent. We’ll be more inter-dependent. We all help each other out as needed.
We will want to design times each week where we all “collide”, for no good reason other than to remind us we’re a team, and that maybe some great idea will get moved along by collaboration. That will likely most often happen conveniently around customer events that would be good times to be together anyway.
We’ll cover 100% of your premium and 15% of the premium for your dependents.
